A SPECIFIC POINT

In many documents as with my suit, the US deliberately uses (misleads) by a single word
"chemical"
where in fact they mean Biological/Chemical or Chem-Bio

REVIEW THIS DOCUMENT - RABTA WAS SUPPOSEDLY ONLY A CHEMICAL WEAPONS FACILITY!
